In Allan"s editorial in Run 319 he says that he will looking for all who are sporting their OGR gear while roaming York's hallowed halls. When he finds you, a "special incentive" is in store......the nature of which, we'll find out in Run 320.....

Allan, I am so ready for York!

Don't spill anything on your OGR gear at the breakfast !!!

I sadly will miss this York, family obligations have me garnered all through it.

Here is to hoping all your friends arrive safely, the "Just CAN'T believe I FOUND It" item is on the table for you, and that the feeling of normal is coming back in vogue!!!

Peter we'd expect nothing less from your wardrobe being the dapper gentleman that you are.   I love that baseball style jacket and wish it was still available.  It's a classic.

Allan, I got all lathered up with this topic.  Wifey was trying to purchase and could not add to cart.  Is this an IPad thing.  FWIW, I am wanting swag too.  Would be nice to embroider forum handle on garment too👌

Bryant, I had my fishing forum handle embroidered on some hats and fishing shirts at Bass Pro shop a few years ago so if there's one near you you might consider that option.  just a thought.

Thanks for your guidance.  We will do exactly that.  IPad did not get along with the store and shopping cart.  Computer worked.   My wife had a wonderful T-Shirt picked out.  Since we live in Florida we think hot.  I reminded her we will be in York at the end of October.  That quickly changed it to a jacket.

Allan, have you thought about a OGR namebadge we can hook to our badge holders and can be pinned onto a garment.  It would be nice to spot forum members walking the show and putting faces to names.  I think about sitting in the diner having breakfast with new friends, but not knowing their handles (names).  There are times we wont have our OGR gear on, but.....

OK guys, we will be making the "forumal" (LOL!) announcement about this topic in the featured topics this weekend so stay tuned.  Think money, fame, prizes for everyone that participates!

I only have my OGR boxers.  Better head to the store.  I doubt Allan wants to see my boxers.  Fame yes, cash…for sure.  I look forward to the details.

Bryant: You can be sure that OGR boxers will qualify. I imagine it would make you a real standout in any of the trading halls. Might be a little cool in mid-October, but if you keep moving at a brisk pace you'll stay warm enough.

I have a great number of shirts to choose from and a few hats(have to leave the Steamtown hat behind). I hope I don't get asked again, "Do you work for the magazine?" Yeah it is easy to answer as no, but it kinda feel like I do in a "intern" feel to it. That beats "Red Ensign" days on Star Trek any day, just ask Marty.
