Alternate emergency stop wiring for MTH DCS

An alternate method for disconnecting track power is to directly remove the power that feeds the track using a trip relay. My method does not affect the TIU which is wired to the track in Passive mode.

I have an emergency trip circuit that uses 4 E-Stop buttons located around my layout. Pressing anyone of these E-Stops trips a relay that provides power to the track. In addition to the manually operated E-Stops there is also a wireless trip circuit that is operated using a hand held FOB.

Can't see your pics. For emergency stops i have a tpc300 between the transformer and TIU. That way no matter what remote or app I'm using I can always kill power in case of any emergency.

If you are operating passive how are you powering TIU? Aux power or Fixed 1? If fixed one track goes away so will TIU. G
