You might contact Doug Peck at Portlines.com to see if he has any east coast recommendations (he does repairs but his site currently says he's 'full up').  The only other person I've dealt with (for parts, but he does repairs) is Steve Blackburn at S'nS Trains - he's in Boise, ID, so not exactly across town for you.  There are others, including folks here on OGR...

Have you tried to scope out the problem?  It could be as simple as a broken wire or solder joint.

The wiring diagram is a bit inscrutable - there are some clearer diagrams a few pages earlier, but I don't a better one for the 332AC - someone on this site will likely have it.  There's a lot of accumulated wisdom within the OGR community, so don't be afraid to ask questions - photos are always helpful...
