The only place you will find a light assembly for the front of a 3110 is from a parts donor engine.

My experience is that the 1218 engines never came with pantographs.  I have over a dozen original 1201-1211-1217-1218 engines and none of the pristine engines have or ever had evidence of having pantographs on them.  Here is a pristine 1218 from c. 1924, no pantograph, although there is a hole for one, theoretically that hole exists as the two identical ends on these engines were punched with the hole for the bell.

I believe that Hennings may have the bells.
