As far as the Geep 9: I bet you can get anywhere from $125-$200 on eBay; just a quick guess. I suspect there's not a whole lot of those still around, especially in that unbuilt condition.

That engine was made quite a while ago by AM. The current version, mine is pictured below, is still sold by AM. The DC version is $215, AC, $230. I am not sure what your NIB engines would sell for but I expect there would be buyers.

The AM GP9 is still available in Pennsy:

Looks like model is a DC Scale version from the original run from 1988 or so.  AM hasn't used the beige box in decades.

Given it's an older model and is still currently available, I would say it would sell for $100-$125.  (I recently paid $95 each for two FP7's from the same era, and those were hard a to find road name.)
