I agree. Photos of them bringing the loco up that grade would have been nice to see. Maybe they didn't want pictures??  Secrets ??

Given the terrain, I doubt they'd want photographers getting in the way of men and machinery.  Most of the time involved is in setting and resetting the rigging so even a helicopter is going to hang around that long.
