You know what's funny? I just bought a brand-new set with the 2 car add-on set for $750 - which included the shipping a little more than a month ago. The only issue I had was a dead battery (which the guys on the forum helped resolve). The guy on eBay selling it for $2500 (marine_engineer) always has the highest prices - the 2nd highest prices are by another seller: fish-n-train. They always have the same sets for sale at ridiculous prices. Caveat emptor.
