Great video!!

I have the same pair and they run great. I have found that a light coat of oil on the top rails make them smoother then they already are. Lionel did a fine job with these.

that is sweet!!  They are on my list for the next layout!

Don't most people use the gondola with the ramp facing the other way so the gondola is in front of the accessory when it is operating?

Great operation. I have the older style unloader, with caliper-like arms to grasp the culverts - mine is very delicate regarding adjustment to release the culverts properly.

Joe, you're probably right, but in this case I purposely had the gondola flipped.  Reason being is the cars will be entering from either direction so sometimes they will be turned around.  I needed to see how much straight track I would need on each side of the accessories. You see these wont be on a siding...they will be placed on an inner loop.

CandO, or anyone else who may know.  I was wondering if I could get the dimensions of the pieces together.  I know Lionel gives the dimension separately, but there is the small gap so I'm wondering what the total length is?  Trying to plan where to put on my layout before I have both pieces.

Can these be controlled with a Legacy remote, or do they only operate automatically when the car is in position?
