On all my steam locos the radius rod is in a neutral position and does not move the valve stem in and out in the steam chest. I'm going to lower the radius rod in the expansion link to make it operational. As usual I'll show my work. This something I've wanted to do on all my steamers for sometime. Look for the work soon.
