I had one.

Nice looker, poor runner.

The motor shaft and drive shaft were of different diameters.  Sunset used a neoprene tube as a coupling to connect the two.  It would barely make it around once on my layout before the tube would slip off.  Plus, the front engine would never really straighten out after coming out of a curve, it always ran slightly askew.

Sold mine at a loss.

Folks, I'm not personally aware of this model as I do not own one.  However Scott's Sunset products are very well made and typically run very well.  When someone states that you have to have serious mechanical skills to make Sunset products work, they are grossly mistaken.   Folks should be careful what they say, especially if they don't have any personal experience running them.
