I was passing through Harrisburg today on the Pennsylvanian and caught a picture of this car on a siding near Rutherford Yard. A fellow railfan in the coach with me said the tarp had "FRA" on it. Anyone know what this car is and/or why it was there?
It's a GG1. I still don't know why it's there. imageimage

It's the GG1 and caboose from the station. It's being stored there while they are doing work in the station. The tarp (which I believe is some sort of shrink wrap-type stuff) is to protect them.

Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.
