Here is a post from early this year indicating what each wire and terminal are used for.
6924 relay boards installed.  Here is a link to a very good thread we did August 2011 on the 6924 relay boards. And the #57 controller.   Three pages of detail.   Click on the underlined phrase to link.  You need to change the tread title to include Atlas 6924 boards.   Best wishes with your project,  Mike.

Relay #18  Combination cross over set.  (There are two Atlas O54 switches controlled simultaneously from this relay).   Note that JP jumper must be removed for this multiple relay power routing application.
Left side wiring.
Green (In A)  Through Input, note the small grey twist connector, combining an isolated track input, and an IC controls ASC 3000 switch controller input.
Red (In B) Out Input, note the small grey twist connector, combining an isolated track input and an IC controls ASC 3000 switch controller input.
Black. (SW PWR In) Switch motor power from fuse blocks pictured to the left.  (3 amp maximum)  (Second picture).
White (not shown) (Switch motor common) not wired through the 6924 relay board.
These wires are connected to a common buss bar pictures above the grey wire tray. (Top Third picture).
