Caboose freak here and wondering if the Atlas Industrial Rails caboose supposedly a model of a C&O caboose is scale and correct measurements.  I have no problem replacing molded on railings with wire and other things like that but I don't care for non-prototypical castings.Atlas Industrial Models C&O caboose

The center cupola caboose in the OP's picture is pretty close to O scale. The older offset cupola caboose was exactly S size. Many S operators have converted them.

Most of the Industrial rail freight cars were traditionally sized O gauge cars. The only ones that I am aware of that were S size were the older offset cupola cabooses.
