The Baltimore Sun featured an outstanding photo essay looking into the rarely seen (except for very occasional public tours) inside world of the B&O Museum's restoration facility in Baltimore. This is a very impressive facility used originally built to restore equipment damaged in the roof collapse and now used to restore other pieces and maintain the museum's operating railcars, steam and diesel locomotives.
