While https://www.jerrysartarama.com...-plaster-cloth-rolls does not appear to have made the OGR Scenery Guide list, I would have to agree with Pete! Of course, there is always WS & Scenic Express, both of which are tad more expensive & have less plaster than jerry. I will tell you that I do not rub the plaster cloth from jerry, just take a 2 inch brush, wet it, and go over the cloth several times-no holes, no open places. But don't take my word for it!
My local hobby store sells both WS plaster cloth and scenic Express. Have used both. I get Scenic express just because it a few bucks cheaper then WS, at my hobby store. They both work good.
I have always used Scenic Express, with quite acceptable results. I generally wet the surface and brush a thin hydrocal layer over the surface after it dries to create a stronger surface.
I used both WS and SE brands. However, for my new layout I needed a lot of cloth and went shopping to a local medical supply company. I got a BIG roll (similar quality to Jerry's) but half the cost of the name brand products. I may have used an additional layer or two to get the coverage I wanted. Most of the time I cover the cloth with Sculptamold for final contours and some minor carving so complete hole fill in' is not that important to me.

Oh....I found that using a "pinking shear" to cut the cloth works good to keep the plaster "strings" to a minimum. My wife usually cuts the pieces and dips them while I place them on top of the foam base or cardboard strips.
