Yeah.........impossible to quote a price here on the forum based on one distant picture. If it is really prewar and has been repainted, a restored item brings a lower price even if the restoration is "professionally done" If the restoration was done " a while back" and perhaps not very well a price should reflect this. You have to like the work and the results. It looks nice but like the post above mentioned could be a reissue, again the price is based on this. In the front portion of the Greenberg price guides there is a lot of information on buying and selling , condition ,and prices. In the same price guides you can find a value for the item or items and negotiate from there.  be careful and Good Luck
