You’re not a man of many words, so we need a little more typing, ……if the issue is constant derailing, you need to look at the tender trucks, and make sure they pivot properly, all the wheels spin, & are not bent, or if this model has chains to the trucks, make sure the chains are not tangled up in the trucks, and preventing the truck to pivot properly,……also, there is a 3/2 rail version out in the wild as well, does your model have scale flanges?….can you provide us an item # on the box, or a picture of your engine?…..

Re tender derailing...

• Check to see all tender wheels are free-rolling and the trucks free-swiveling before placing on the track.  If the trucks do not freely swivel, check whether the wires to the center rail pickups are the constraint.
• Put the tender on the track by itself...gently push it around a few curves or through a couple switches to be sure the trucks/wheels are tracking well.
• Hook up the tender to the locomotive.  Check for adequate slack in any connecting wire tether.
• Does the tender derail at the same spot in your trackwork?  If so, check for any track problems.
• Yes, the tender must be hooked up to the engine for the pair to operate properly or at all.

Just a few things to check.  If problem persists, you might help us help you with some pictures or video clip of the situation.

Thanks for your reply.  It is a 3/2 version.  I attached photo of label.  I ran the tender with another locomotive with no issues.  My next step is to bring it to a dealer to see how it runs on his tracks.

I see the box says 2-Rail Features, are you running it on O scale track or O gauge track? You ran it with another engine with no issues, does the draw bar on the Blue Goose engine swing freely or is it binding causing your issue?
