There will be a train show this Sunday, May 22 at the Brick Elks Lodge 2491 Old Hooper Avenue Brick, NJ. Hours are 9am-2pm. Last one until next September/October.

Tha Ocean County Society of Model Railroaders (www.ocsmr.com) will be there set up with a layout operating Legacy, TMCC, Lionchief and S gauge trains on fastrack and American Flyer track. We will have club brochures and applications for folks interested into seeing our club. Also, you can see our layout progress under this announcement section since we moved the club in 2015.

Joe Mania, JLM Trains of Freehold, NJ, a Lionel authorized service station, will be joining us with his rubber stamps, reproduction parts and his Noma station talking modules.

Stop by and say hello if you attend. Always a fun Sunday running trains with the club members.

Took my two boys for a while, this was the first time we've gone to this show. It was a lot of fun, small enough that we could take our time and go through each table. We got a few HO box cars and a cheap HO engine for my son's sets. I almost pulled the trigger on a few things for my O layout but some of the prices were more than I wanted to spend give the things I already have on pre-order.
