Not as interesting as the video that Steve Eastman shot, this view is from a very small camera suspended from the rear pantograph of the Brute, as it went around the track. You can see the how uneven the track was, by the undulations in the three sections of the locomotive:
I always set up on the floor, but in this case, decided to try setting up on tables-NEVER AGAIN! The second car decided that it was going to attempt to roll off (not on the video) and we caught it just in time. Jerry Johnson and Jon Lang spotted the problem-the barb on the end of the couplers on the locomotive (these are the couplers for the locomotive that come with the Show Room Cars, are just a bit too long. The point of it was catching on the vestibule/door frame of the first coach, causing it to jump occasionally and, in the one case, catch to the point that it almost pulled the car off the track.
Trimming the point off the barb corrected the problem (thank you Jerry and Jon).
