CAB#2 - Keypad is broken again! | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hi folks !

I would like understand this fault in Cab2, because my cab2 was stored for 2 years and recently I was power on again and to my surprise keypad broken again !

I have two Cab2 and Cab1L so both Cab2 already broken. It's now my first Cab2 broken again !

Yesterday I open my Cab2 for to see something but I don't see anything !

I think part with is broken is of the yellow circle !

I'm trying contact with Lionel support since January/20 but without success !

I live in Brazil so I need replacement only this part I can buy no problem.

Do you know someone for to help me in Lionel?

Since Lionel has been fixing those on an extended warranty, I don't think there are any parts listed for sale for them. When I look on-line, the only part listed is the transformer.

Yes! I can see something !

My problem is that Lionel not answer my emails !

When contacting Lionel, make sure you use the email 'TALKTOUS@LIONEL.COM'.

The "contact us" link on their website has never worked for me.

Just a thought. I know they are very slow on responding to emails.
