Can any one identify this truck?

These trucks are MTH. Came broken on a prototype. Can anyone identify what style they are and if possible a MTH number?

Trying to help an elderly friend get parts. He purchased a prototype and when it arrived the die-cast tender trucks where cracked and fell apart from what looked like metal fatigue. The tender says #3084P B on the bottom in silver sharpie. I believe they are the same trucks as on the tender for 30-1136-1. I would order some but don’t have a part number. Hope someone can help, thanks.

Looks like a PRR Keisel Truck used for tenders like under a K4
