I need 1(ONE) of these black insulators or connectors that both hold the next car in place, but also insulate the frame of the next car from shorting out on the frame. I fashioned one out of an old washer i had laying around, but it is only working half the time, then goes up inside the coach car, which if I don’t catch it,could short the board out snd blow it up!!!!Part # is not in MTH website to my knowledge.I would think they used these parts on other Zephyrs,as well. as other streamliners that used the plug to plug setup between cars.I need the black plastic piece that has the screw in the middle, and flexes when you put the mext coach on.-It’s worth a try!!Post edited to include more pictures, also included is photos of the piece I had to fabricate ,which is not working out so well. I have also included new pictures of the bottoms of the coach car frames,yo show how these cars hook up together,as well as photos of the piece I fabricated for the post coming off the powered unit, which is the one that was missing.I even am wondering why the screw is so long and invereted, compared with the coachs.Maybe this has been changed also???- This Zephyr is now getting to Be around

See pictures for better idea of what I am talking about. Will overpay for the part, within reason.please help.SOS!!!!
