Can't access videos or 3D Printing Files

FIXED!

I have that exact same problem. I am a digital subscriber but every time I request a download, I am taken to the page so sign up for digital subscriptions. I just recently  signed up for the digital subscription and have a full year to go. When I try to call OGR, I get a message saying that they will not be in the office until the Monday after York. (the 24th of April) As of last Thursday, they are still not available.

Can someone please help me.

Well, the red "DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER" banner does NOT show up in your profile. So, something must be wrong.

I have noticed that as well. For whatever reason, I signed up for my digital subscription with another email address. I changed my forum address to match.

Wesley...that was part of the problem.  Also, turning off and on several times of the auto-renew can cause problems.  Note that once your digital subscription ends and is not renewed, you no longer have access to the 3D or Digital videos.  I have added the DS role so you should be fine for now.

Wait a minute. I got my digital subscription on April 23,2023.  I do get the 3D print files but nothing else. What did my  subscription buy me other than black screens the talk about privacy issues. I am a bit confused.

This could be your problem.

It appears I have the same problem as the original poster. Can someone please link my digital subscription to my account? I wanted to watch some OGR videos tonight, but alas I cannot. Thanks.
