I have a K-line scale N5C smoking caboose.  In handling it, I have dislodged one of the porthole and 2 of the cupola windows.  So I need to disassemble it to re-glue the windows.  Underneath the caboose, I have removed the 4 recessed screws (2 on each end) and the 4 small screws holding the metal frame to the body.  It still won't budge.  Anyone know what I am missing?  The only other screws I can find are the ones holding the steps (loosened one and it did not help) and the 2 screws mounting the smoke unit switch.

Thanks

Bob

Thanks guys for the help.   I loosened the ladders as you suggested (a necessary step), but still it was stuck.  I pried the caboose sides away from the floor.  At first, no success, but then I got heavy handed a few times and it finally popped loose.

These train manufacturers use close tolerances.   You have to bend plastic just short of the breaking point!
