Going to pick up some passenger car diaphragms (610-9060-010) from Hennings Trains. They are made to fit the K-Line Heavyweight passenger cars. I want to put them on Williams extruded aluminum modern angular Amtrak cars. The door outlines are not as pronounced on these as on the K-line cars and the mounting area is not plastic. Do you think I will be able to just super glue the diaphragms on the end of each car and have them stay on? There is enough distance between cars when coupled so that they should not touch or bind even in the smallest radius of 0-48 that they will run on.
I'd appreciate your thoughts or experience on the matter....
