As I get closer to completeling the CN Point St Charles vans and the PC transfer cabs I’m starting a batch of CB&Q waycars. I’m building the 30’ wood NE-7 and I have 12 of the NE-12 waycars on the cutting table now. I’m be always been a big fan of the Burlington do these will be fun.

The real problem will be finding the correct/proper trucks for your CB&Q waycars.

Yes, sources for CB&Q waycar trucks have come and gone:  All Nation (kinda clunky, modest detail), Mullet River - excellent, but gone, Division Point made outstanding  C&NW wooden waycars with very similar trucks - of excellent quality, but don't know if any trucks were brought in "loose", Overland did some wooden UP cabooses with similar trucks - again, any loose?, and finally Sunset 3rd rail did CB&Q waycars with pretty good trucks - - again, any loose?  The "Q" did put a couple of old wood waycars on Allied Full Cushion trucks - kinda wierd, but prototypical!
