I am having difficulty changing the bulbs in my older 60 ft. Williams 3 rail streamlined observation car.  The bulbs are attached to the frame of the car, not the truck.  On the rest of this set of cars, I unscrew the trucks and hold them without damaging the wire, unscrew and carefully slide the frame a few inches, and gently remove the bulb, but this doesn’t work for the observation car.  How should I access the bulbs on the observation car?  I can't seem to figure it out.  Any suggestions would be appreciated

Guys we are really overthinking this here. The Williams 60 foot aluminum observation car is the same as a Lionel postwar aluminum observation car. On the rear of the car remove the nut behind the dummy coupler/apron. Pull the apron off. Pull the rear roof section with the lights off. Remove the screws from the front vestibule. Remove front vestibule. Slide frame out.

6 days and no one figured it out...

Thank you.  I will try this very carefully.  To slide the frame out, you have to remove the trucks so the frame can slide far enough to expose the light bulbs, and you have to be very careful to hold the trucks so you don't break the wires- easy to do.  I have successfully done this on the other cars in the set, but just wasn't sure about the observation car.
