Got a call last month from Diana who'd found TW TrainWorx while surfing online during what they were calling the "Bomb Cyclone" that hit Boston and Eastern states last month... long story short - she's a bigger toy train fan than her husband.... anything's possible

She also loves buildings and has quite a collection of Landmark Buildings and will soon be able to add the TW TrainWorx Custom Chrysler Building we offer in our Classic Landmark Series. Here are some process photos of the building ready for paint, spire, and some LED lights.

Enjoy!

"Are you going to add any of the gargoyles???"

Actually, they, along with much of the decorations, are meant to represent hood ornaments, hubcaps and the like, as Walter Chrysler was in the car biz - he was the Bill Gates or Steve Jobs of his day in what was the bleeding-edge industry of the time.

Best skyscraper ever (the real one); I looked at the price and said No, but it keeps gnawing at me, if it winds up being truly well-detailed (the "gargoyles" and all) and complete.

Beautiful Dorcie, have always liked art-deco style buildings (wish I had a lot more room!!!). Can't wait to see how you finish the stainless steel crown!!! Are you going to add any of the gargoyles???

Thanks Paul! We are planning to create the Eagle Gargoyles and for sure will take more process photos as Traingineers get to "topping off" the building.

Found a picture of the first Chrysler Building we did for a custom layout now having fun with trains running wildly on it in New Jersey. Here's photo with the Eagle Gargoyles included in the building... I also - cropped out the building for a 'closer' look...
