I know this subject was out some years back but I am asking it again. I see lots of folks have train clipart scenes attached with their signatures, where can theses clip art be obtained. I am not even sure that is what you would call them.

I'd think many of them were taken by the people involved. Mine was taken on my own layout and I did the rest with photoshop.
As for any manner of 'clip art', you merely have to do a Google images search of the subject... But keep in mind, someone might not be happy to see their own photo used by someone else like that.
Frankly, I'd go with a photo you took yourself!

Some folks use "Train 'line-rules' " and those would be accessed from Tandem Associate's homepage if Im not mistaken. Though difficult to navigate at times, THAT is one site no PW foamer should miss. The best online PW I.D. source I know about anyhow.
Clip art is a pretty good description of those line rules, but Id say a line rule is closer to a custom boarder.... or better yet a divider.
