CNW Heritage METRA?!

It has been around a little while. Impressive paint scheme. There was a guy who had done his own heritage fleet of F59PHi's about a year ago. His vision was prophetic or he had the inside dope on what Metra was up to. It would be interesting to model that locomotive and add a set of CNW gallery cars with METRA logos on the sides for a complete heritage train.

Pretty sure there's a 4-pack of CNW gallery cars on the auction site right now.  I've been watching out for the silver ones but have seen exact zero show up.  Hoping to build my own Burlington  Northern Metra With the green and white E8 consist some day.  Let me know if y'all find any...

Very cool paint scheme! I had been lobbying MTH to make these as well as the new Metra paint and the Burlington Route locos...but will have to practice my painting skills now!!

It is nice.  I also love Metra's  Rock Island heritage unit.
