Hope I'm putting this in the right Forum.

I have a six track yard which uses a series of O-72 Command Control switches. One of the switches, a wye, is giving me agita!!! Using my Cab-2, I can throw the switch, but when I add the switch to several of my routes (I set up each track in the yard as a separate route), it doesn't fire. The other switches in the route fire as expected. Has anyone seen this issue before??? Is there anything in the switch that I should be looking at???

Thanks.

Yes, it has a lot to do with command signal reception where it is. In the case of the SC-2s, I had to run a ground wire off the pin 5 of the base db9 socket (which is also the third pin ground at the wall plug for the base charger) to make the routes switch faster with the SC-2s.

Probably if you run a ground wire (like you do when the engines lose signal) near any slow command switches they'll switch faster.
