I have been reading about Lionel LCS system. Dose anybody know if the IRV2 sensor add-on (6-85296) plus (6-85383 add-on sensors) for non fastrack, or the IRV2 sensor track for fastrack (6-81294) operate the Lionel LCS BPC2 block power control. I have 4 power blocks in the main line, and I am looking to turn off the block that is 90 degree across from the IRV2 in witch the train passes and turn on when the Lionel sensor car (6-83519) passes over the same IRV2 location. My intent is to insure that if something goes wrong and the sensor car dose not cross the IRV2 the train will stop.
I do not mind operating all the switches, accessories, and lights by the computer screen.
