Beautiful work. Regret to say my search for the "ad"  picturing running boards remains fruitless. Running boards usually don't capture my attention, but the one in this ad had oval slots! Not sure what purpose  they served (aerodynamics, water dissipation, window dressing ????

I will continue my search.

Excellent work!  Nicely done and the weathering is perfect for the car's era.  The replacement running boards make a big difference IMO.
