Got a pair of Gargraves 90 crossovers. While doing test run on new add on, checking clearances, most of the cars were "bouncing".  Seems like the flange catching on center guides.

Can the edges be rounded off, or tapered as train will only run one direction?20190220_114656

Or am I better off taking them out, and getting a pair of Ross 90s.

Do yourself a favor and get the Ross crossings.  I had a pair of Gargraves 90 degree crossings and eventually the flangeways got so wide that cars with smaller pickup rollers (like some MTH cabooses) would launch themselves into the air when going over them.  Gargraves uses regular old black plastic for the flangeways and it is subject to wear.  Ross uses Delrin or some other really hard plastic.  My Ross 90 degree crossings have shown no wear in the 11 years they've been in place.
