Yesterday I got my Super Chuffer and Chuff Generator back from GRJ and installed them in my ERR upgraded K-LINE Crusader. It now has Tmcc, Railsounds,  and finally fan driven smoke synchronized to the Chuff. Thanks John for all the help and the amazing products you have produced for the hobby.

Sid, You might want to edit out the full name used for GRJ. Not that he hides, and I could be wrong too, but I don't think he normally prints that quite so publicly. E.g., I don't think I've ever seen it even once before, during 8-9 years of reading near daily here.

That's true. I haven't ever seen it like that either. Thanks

I don't think John actively hides his name as I recall having seen it here as well as on another train forum site and also in publications a few times. It's more likely that there's simply no compelling reasons for him to mention his full name no more than most other members of forums do. However, I'd say that if he generally doesn't use it, then being respectful of his privacy, we folks likewise shouldn't mention it without first checking with him.

Once as a newly qualified watchstander on my old birdfarm CVN70, I signed over the watch to the next guy using his nickname, MM3 Spammy lol.  I later had to rewrite the entire set of logs and go get each watchstander to resign their signature.... lesson learned.... There was no line out and initial for that......

Oooooo, That sucked. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way.
