Re: DCS 5.0 Loader Error Message!

I have windows 10 Lenovo laptop I have used in the past for DCS software upgrades etc. After about two years, I needed to load 6.1 software into a new device. When I tried to open the 5.0 loader file, I got the message "Critical Error, Configuration system failed to initialize" I even tried deleting and reloading the 5.0 loader and still got this message. Any help will be appreciated.
