Since this question comes up a lot, here's a printable image of the MTH tach tapes. Print this at actual size on gummed paper and it should match the size of the tach tapes very well.

Here is a collection of information about creating custom tach tapes, note that I previously posted a printable image of the MTH tach tape in this thread. The PDF files contain images of tach tapes for various sized flywheels, and then there's this paper that was generated by Hikel O Gauge to facilitate generation of any desired custom tach tape.
