I just downloaded the most recent edition of O Gauge Railroader (run 321). It only has 73 pages although the page numbers at the top indicated it should have 101 pages. Is the page advertising the book on track plans supposed to be the end page? It seemed to download just fine but seems to be incomplete.

Run 321 has a total of 101 pages plus the cover. Something must have gone wrong with the download.
The ad for the Track Plan Book is on page 73, but it is not the last page in the book.
Delete the file you downloaded, then download Run 321 again.
