That is the C&O 1309, now at the Western Maryland Scenic. 2-6-6-2.

Not sure what the GP9 is in the front. Doesn't appear to be the GP9 the museum has in it's collection and it certainly isn't the GP7 the museum also has....maybe a "loaner"?

@BANDOB - That GP9 look familiar? As mentioned, doesn't look like the two GP units at the museum today. Maybe a loaner from CSX or similar?

Well, doing some internet photo searching, I was able to date the photo showing Geep 6255, a GP9, at the B&O Museum, to November 1992. I guess my memory was correct. I found another photo of it at West Gantt, SC, in November 1996, looking like it was in the process of being dismantled. So, no, it was not a part of B&O collection. Can't tell you why it was there, though.
