If you are interested in realistic modeling, an H10 was a freight engine - It was not normally assigned to a passenger train unless the real engine broke down and then only if a suitable engine was not available.

An H10 would not have steam lines for the passenger car heat, and the signal line for the passenger conductor to communicate to the loco cab.   

So if it does have them - it does not make sense from a prototypical standpoint.
