So I am southern collector I got to look up the mth southern kanawha and find my model I want Mth southern 20-68149. It has the rail numbers giant on tender on the websites for sale and mth site. I love that model. I go to my dealer and he has same item number train in stock. It says southern on tender no rail#. He has never seen one with the number on side. Was this a special edition. I look up model on YouTube and no numbers on gender either

This problem has been around for a long time, but is not a consistent problem. Basically, what you see in the catalog or on-line may not be what actually leaves the factory. This includes paint jobs, details, electronics, and compatibility with earlier versions.
