I can answer that.

The wall from the 1st to 2nd level was made from strips and lengths of MDF (medium density fiberboard). The thickness of the MDF is either 0.25” or 0.5”. This product is available from Home Depot and others. The areas between the pilasters was made using an embossed foam product purchased from Scenic Express. Everything got painted with artist acrylic paint that I mix from the tube.

The wall between the 2nd and 3rd level is also made from MDF. However this time the thickness is only 0.125”.  I could not source this material locally. Subsequent conversations with Roger at twTrainWorx convinced me to contract with them to make the 2 part viaduct. That was one of the best decisions I made since the wall is over 30’ long and there was no way I could cut the intricate curve of the arches consistently. Roger has all the toys and did it all with a laser!
