why oh why are all these great buildings (menards, woodland scenics) coming out AFTER i built my layout. i have retrofitted some, but can't do as many as i would like.

My thoughts exactly! Guess my layout will be undergoing some "Urban Renewal" as I decide which of the old buildings need replaced! 
Don't forget to add the station too!

Another great building. I admit to growing a bit tired of all of these city buildings that are are all a bit similar, but at the same time they do make it easy to populate a city and so fill that need nicely. I am just glad we have a couple other companies now making these to give us a wide selection of new structures every year.
I do like the architectural detail and colors on this one, however.
I saw this advertised a few days ago, and, while I can't use it, I thought that
sign was clever. Most of the buildings in my towns are lucky to have paint on them.
