DZ1008 and MTH Gates

I have two MTH crossing gates that I want to use with a 3 track crossing. I want to use the DZ1008 relay module. I pulled the instructions from the zstuff website but I am not 100% sure which section on the diagram is the isolated section.  Also since there are 2 gates do I just put the same color wires from the gates together then follow the diagram and connect to the DZ1008?
