Thanks for the heads up.  Midge will be missed.  But on the good side, ordering MTH parts via their website was a weak point.  Looking forward to the new website.

There's so much bellyaching going on, on many topics.  On this one someone needs to give that lady a standing ovation for a job exceedingly well done.

Midge was always kind, helpful and prompt with her reply. Never met her but exchange many emails and she will surly be missed. I wish her well in her future and continue happiness and good health in theses current times. Well done Midge for a lot of years and God Bless you.

Well, I've never ordered a part from MTH or done business with them.  But I did know who "Midge" at MTH was.  So, I guess she is a legend.  And I only heard outstandingly good comments about her.

She will be missed I'm sure.

Marty Fitz introduced me to Midge and her husband (Tom?) a lifetime ago. Really great people. Because of Marty, I had very few dealings with Midge. I wish her and her husband the very best.

Midge was great at following up on anything back ordered.  She treated my $10 orders the same as $200. parts orders.  Truly a rare quality in today's customer service arena.

I got this from Midge today and it makes me sad to see her go but God Bless her and her family and wishing them nothing but the best.

It's not very often that someone like Midge comes along. She was an amazing asset to MTH and belongs in the toy train Hall of Fame. Best wishes Midge. Thanks for all your hard work.
