I had a question about some parts on the MTH website and received this as part of the reply:

"FYI - Last Friday, May 14th was the last day for ordering  because the parts being boxed up and being moved to the new facility,

There will be a new parts division June 1, 2021.  There will be a new part ordering web site email address and new way of ordering parts.  If you do not receive our e-newsletter, I would suggest that you go to our web site and sign up for our e-newsletter.  The e-newsletter should obtain the new parts ordering email address when it becomes available.

I will not be transferring with the new parts division.

So MTH parts in some form will live on.

Midge has always been the best and kindest person  you could ever talk to and meet in person at the TCA meet in York PA will defiantly miss her very much I seriously  doubt (MTH) will ever find someone like her AGAIN ! we've always had a  great repour like we've had with her ! Met Midge in person about 10 years ago when I was visiting MTH and doing some voice work for them.

You aren’t the guy thats says “I think I swallowed a piece of coal!” are you?

Joking aside, Midge will be missed.  Can’t count the number of times she saved my keister when I screwed up a parts order or just needed to find a part for something.

I got a phone call today from MTH about a back order that was partially in, and not only is Midge leaving but Regina is also. I am not sure if very many folks know her but she has been very helpful in the past also. Another great CS Person going away. She told me that the way she understands it all parts will be ordered of the new web site and every part will be listed so if not list not in stock or possibly no longer available.

Even in the "Land Down Under" Midge is a legend!!!!

I had to order some switch motors to replace a burnt-out unit, and she was the right person on the spot. Told her what I needed in an E-mail, and she got the switch motors to me, all the way down here in Australia. Had trouble with the initial postal shipment not arriving, told her, and she resent the order again. Fantastic Service!!!!

Great customer service from a lady I have now come to admire from afar.

All the best Midge, and I hope you remember our time together early last year.

One of the absolute best moments while attending the ASC seminar in July/August 2018 was finally meeting you there in person after years of parts-related phone calls. Thank you for going above and beyond every time I called in for a parts order. You took every call and email with great care, like a personal friend. My video production in 2017 wouldn’t have been half of the success that it was without your amazing help, along with Jason Wenzel. I’m grateful I got to fly out from the West coast to meet you both. You’re already missed, a great deal.

We would be close to nowhere in this hobby without your enormous patience, compassion, and contribution. May you and yours be well, and safe, and happy always in every day ahead.
