The two left most signs we're real signs from the internet.

Boy Scout campfire added to the layout.  Fire created with a Dollar Store flickering candle and plastic from the bag.  Homie dog can carry all the Troop's equipment!

It is Official!  Luke completed his Eagle Scout Board of Review on Wednesday.  He is now an Eagle Scout.  He just has to wait for the official paperwork from BSA National.

Thank you to one and all for your time, donations and support in his effort.  He was greatly encouraged by the postings here.

We still continue to work on scenery and adding child friendly features to the layout, so we will still be posting here.

Next up: The seagulls from "Finding Nemo" with sound..." Mine, Mine Mine..."

Mission Complete and a great success.  The layout is running well and Luke's Eagle Ceremony was held Saturday in the same building.

The parents of Christopher came as well as his older brother.  The family was thrilled with the results and spent hours enjoying the layout and the reaction of visitors.

Once again, Thank you all for your help and especially Moonman for his hard work and dedication to this project.

Congratulations to Luke. Welcome to the nest.  To this day I list Eagle Scout on my resume and it is always noticed.  Now that my oldest has crossed over into regular Boy Scouts I am learning to be a committee member. Scouting - you'll do it for life!

Congratulations on completing the ultimate rank in Boy Scouts!  With a train related service project to boot.  I finished mine in 2012, and it's definitely a good feeling to make it there.

Congratulations, you have achieved something few have, you are in great company with some of the greatest leaders.

I became an eagle 33 years ago, and the lessons and skills I learned then have impacted my life since.

Congratulations on  a great accomplishment. While an Advancement Chairman in the troop  I always told Scouts that the Eagle was not as much something you earned but is a recognition of something you became by actions and attitude not just in your Scouting life but life in general. Keep up the great work.
