I have a low time Williams SF Hudson which pulls six mixed heavyweight passenger cars, one of which is the Lionel dining car with sounds.  The track is Gargraves with Ross track switches, minimum O-108 powered by a Z4000.  I ran it forward around the room size loop to see if the True Blast whistle/horn could be activated.  It didn't work, but the track clickety-clack and the various voice messages in the dining car were loud and clear.  I stopped the train by retarding and closing the transformer's throttle, then advanced the throttle(engine at 'idle') to 6 volts.  I pressed the transformer's yellow and white buttons - no True Blast sound and two voice messages from the dining car.  I pressed the red button and the train started backing up at 'Williams Speed'.  I stopped it and again placed about six volts on the throttle.  I tried the black(Program) button.  After that, the dining car has the clickety-clack sound but no voice messages.  Have I made a huge error or is there a way to reprogram the dining car voice messages?

Thank you,  John in Lansing, ILL
