"File Chooser" Stopped Working for Me

I have been on the forum for over 10 years.  The OGR "File Chooser" has stopped working for me and I can't figure out why. It worked fine a week ago.  

When I click on "Add Attachments" the "File Chooser" window pops up as it always has.  Then when I click on "Choose Files" there is absolutely no response.  The "Choose Files" button changes from white to blue but nothing else happens.  In the past, a new window that took me to my computer's files would immediately open when I clicked on "Choose Files".  I don't know if this is my computer's problem or an OGR forum issue.  My computer seems to be working fine on other websites but I don't normally upload photos to other sites.  

My computer is a relatively new Mac Mini with the Safari browser.  I haven't changed my Safari settings or my OGR profile settings.  

I would appreciate any ideas that anyone has to correct this problem.  Thanks.  NH Joe

I went on my Mac Laptop.  It is running macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and Safari 11.1.  My primary computer, a Mac Mini, is running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and Safari 14.0.1.  I only use my laptop for travel so it doesn't have all the OGR files etc.

The OGR File Chooser runs fine on my laptop with the earlier versions of the macOS software.  I am wondering if the newer mac software that I am running on my Mac Mini is compatible with the OGR forum software when it comes to using the File Chooser software.  I think that my Mac Mini automatically updated its software about a week ago and that is when this problem started.  

Have any other Mac forum users had this problem with Mojave or Safari 14?  I have no idea how to make my Mac Mini revert to the earlier software versions.  NH Joe

I don't use Apple products, but I would recommend that you contact their support staff about your issue.  Computer "security" is all the rage these days, so something in the Apple operating system may be preventing the forum software from reading your file list.  There may be a way you can "whitelist" our forum software so the operating system will allow it to read your file list.

Thanks Rich.  I don't have another browser installed on my machine.  It is good to know that the OS isn't the problem.  

I am going to try to fool around with Safari, preferences, settings and anything else that I can think of to fix it.  If that doesn't work, I will download Firefox.  Joe
