I haven’t worked with MTH much or newer equipment like the AC4400s, but I bet LaidOffSick. 

I tend to stick to the older generations of motive power, the Central didn’t last long into the 2nd Generation of diesels.

All conversions are basically the same. Spacer and coupler mount. 

The original post link to that MTH Dash 8 conversion is me, thats how I did all my conversions.

I think the MTH AC4400, ES44 and C44-9W are using the same pilot. The C40-8W may be using it as well as I vaguely remember there was some controversy over the number of steps on a AC4400 and ES44 having six steps on the prototype and only five on the MTH model
